Is Theory Wellness going to open a New York dispensary?

Will Theory Wellness cannabis products be available at New York Dispensaries?
Yes! We now have Theory Wellness and Hi5 products in stores throughout New York, including Smacked Village, Housing Works Cannabis Co, and Union Square Travel Agency. We plan on working with other key dispenaries across the state of New York.
When did dispensaries open in New York?
While the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act was signed into law in March 2021, New York dispensaries did not open until December 2022.
Will Theory be hiring for New York Cannabis jobs?
We are not currently hiring for cannabis jobs in New York. Sign-up and we’ll include any positions in the near future.
What parts of New York will Theory be available in?
We are currently available in three Manhattan dispensaries, and exploring a lot of different options presently, including Brooklyn, Albany, Syracuse, Buffalo, Yonkers, Rochester, New Rochelle, and many more. Keep an eye out, and we’ll show more of our New York cannabis plans.

Is weed legal in New York?
We have a lot of visitors that ask if marijuana legal in New York. New York legalized adult use on March 31, 2021, and dispensaries opened in December 2022. The new legislation states that residents can possess 3 ounces of marijuana and grow up to three mature pot plants at home.
