Official Rules – Theory Wellness 4/20 Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
The Theory Wellness 4/20 Sweepstakes is sponsored by Theory Wellness, Inc., with participating locations in Great Barrington, MA; Medford, MA; and Kittery, ME.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM ET on April 16, 2025, and ends at 10:00 PM ET on April 20, 2025.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) ways to enter:
A. In-Store Entry: During the Entry Period, visit a participating Theory Wellness location (Great Barrington, Medford, or Kittery) and submit an entry at the designated Sweepstakes station.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Online Entry: To enter without visiting a store, complete the official sweepstakes entry form here.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person beyond this limit will be disqualified.
5. PRIZES & ODDS
Prize: A limited-edition Theory 420 Shirt (approximate retail value: $20). A total of 7 prizes will be awarded per location.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected randomly on or about April 24, 2025. Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry (email or phone). Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes must be claimed in person at the participating Theory Wellness store where the winner entered. Failure to claim the prize within 14 days of notification may result in forfeiture.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or submitted through fraudulent means will be void.
- Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
- By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill Sweepstakes obligations.
10. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
