New St. Paul Theory location brings on-site cannabis cultivation into view, offering guests a rare look at the plant from grow room to storefront.
ST. PAUL, MN / September 15, 2026 / Theory Wellness, an employee-owned cannabis company known for thoughtful retail, high-quality products, and a deep respect for the plant, today announced the opening of its first Minnesota dispensary. Located at 1915 Suburban Avenue in St. Paul, the new dispensary will hold its public grand opening on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
In its all-new experiential retail space, Theory will grow and produce products directly on site and offer large viewing windows giving guests a direct look into the cultivation process. From young plants to mature buds, customers will be able to see the process unfold in real time, creating a rare connection between the guest and product.
