Veteran Cannabis Discount
We support our veterans and want to make veteran access to medical cannabis as easy and affordable as we can. Veterans receive 10% off all medical purchases. Veterans who are 100% disabled by service-related injuries will receive 40% off. There is a $600/month limit on this discount.
Financial Hardship Program Discount
We are committed to making medical marijuana more affordable for Massachusetts patients. Theory’s Financial Hardship Program subsidized medical marijuana costs by up to 10% off for those in financial need.

How do I place a cannabis order?
We do encourage you to use our easy and convenient online ordering page, under the “order now” tab! If you don’t want to, we can now welcome you back to our stores in person if you prefer.
- Head to theorywellness.org and select the Bridgewater, Chicopee, Medford, or Great Barrington location.
- Use the filtering options on the menu to sort through flower, concentrates, edibles, and other categories listed on our menu.
- As you add items to your cart, it will prevent you from adding more than the state allotment per site.
- When you’re done, click the check-out button and select your pick up time. These time slots help us safely manage and spread out guests at our locations
- You will receive a confirmation text/email with your order details, and a second text letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.
What do I need to bring to the dispensary with me?
If you are visiting as a medical marijuana patient in Bridgewater, Chicopee or Medford, you will need your medical marijuana patient or caregiver identification card, as well as a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID.
If you are visiting our Great Barrington, Chicopee, or Medford dispensaries as a recreational customer, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, state ID, or military ID. You must be 21+ years of age to purchase cannabis.
You cannot pick up someone else’s order, even if they belong in the same household.
We cannot accept an expired form of ID or a temporary ID, regardless of any DMV extensions, due to Covid-19.
Do you accept credit cards?
We only accept cash or debit. Debit is run as a cashless ATM transaction with a $2.75 fee. Your bank may also charge you separate fees! We do not accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo.
