Wynter is a Great Barrington native who joined the Theory Team in September of 2018. Stemming from her interest in cannabis, she learned about Theory and joined after reading our mission statement. When she’s not delivering world-class-service, she’s probably hanging by a local river in the company of a good book.

Alex “Papa Bear” Premoli is an NYC native who’s journey started with Theory Wellness as a budtender in 2018. Alex was soon promoted to keyholder, then retail supervisor shortly after. From there he moved to the outdoor farm in Sheffield, MA and was promoted to Quality Control and Harvest Supervisor. After thriving for a year and a half in that role, he has recently taken on the role of Ops Manager for the Great Barrington location. He enjoys reading, dabbings, growing cannabis, and cooks a mean steak!
