The Berkshire International Film Festival is a world-class festival that’s an integral part of the Berkshires’ cultural fabric. BIFF showcases not only the latest in independent features, documentaries, shorts, and family films, but also lively panel discussions and special events focusing on filmmakers and talented artists from both sides of the camera. They show over 80 films in three days across the Berkshires with more than 4000 attendees each year. In 2019, Theory sponsored a documentary screening of “Weed the People,” about the struggles of pediatric cancer patients finding access to legal cannabis as a medical treatment. Following the screening, Theory’s CEO was invited on stage with the filmmakers to discuss medical cannabis’s efficacy.
