Time: 8:00 AM – 8:50 AM; Doors open at 7:45 AM. For security and class flow, we cannot admit late arrivals past 8:05 AM.

Cancellation Policy: Life happens! If you receive a confirmation but can no longer attend, please email us at feedback@theorywellness.org at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to open the spot to another customer on the waitlist.

This event is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. You must present a valid government-issued ID to enter the building, even for the fitness class. No ID, no entry. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival before participating in the class. Please bring your own yoga/pilates mat and a water bottle. By attending this event, you consent to be photographed or filmed for Theory Wellness marketing materials. Please note that while this event is held at Theory Wellness, the public consumption of cannabis products on the premises is strictly prohibited. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Participation involves physical activity; please listen to your body and modify movements as needed.
